焊接方法的一种。利用熔点较焊件为低的焊料(填充金属)和焊件连接处一同加热(用加热炉、气体火焰、电烙铁、电流等)，焊料熔化后，渗入并填满连接处间隙而达到连接(焊件未经熔化)。钎焊时为了造成牢固的连接，通常须在连接处加焊剂，以保护金属表面和焊料在加热时不受氧化并去除氧化物，借以提高焊料对焊件的渗附能力。
