假肢，也称“义肢”，是供截肢者使用以代偿缺损肢体部分功能的人造肢体，有上肢假肢和下肢假肢。多用铝板、木材、皮革、塑料等材料制作，其关节采用金属部件，现在假肢界主流是钛合金和碳素纤维材料。义肢指人造肢体，用来取代肢体的功能障碍（不论暂时性或永久性），或是用来掩饰肢体伤残。与义体（如义乳，假鼻子，假发之类）最大的不同，在于义肢的功能性较强，且单指上下肢而言，不过最近也有人把人造阴茎或人造阴道也算在内。
